Coronavirus vaccines will be available for those aged 16 and over at Falkirk Stadium this weekend. Between 10am and 6pm on Saturday August 14, anyone can 'Nab a Jab' before the game between Falkirk FC and the Airdrie at 3pm.
As of Friday August 6, all 16 to 17-years-old can self-register to get an appointment arranged for them via text or email. Since Tuesday August 10, all young people 16 to 17 years of age in NHS Forth Valley are able to get vaccinated at all drop-in clinics.
They must be offered the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, according to Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) advice.
A Covid-19 testing centre is also available at the stadium for those who do not have any symptoms.Jillian Taylor, NHS Forth Valley’s.
