The minimum unit pricing for alcohol in Scotland is out of date and should be raised immediately, a former SNP minister has said.Kenny MacAskill, a former Holyrood justice secretary, has called on the Scottish Government to take action to raise the 50p legal floor price for alcohol in order to reduce alcohol harm.
