A former neighbour of evil Iain Packer has said women in their block of flats were afraid to be on their own with him.Vile Packer was sentenced to 36 years in prison on Wednesday for the depraved murder of Emma Caldwell, 27, in April 2005.The 51-year-old was also found guilty of 11 charges of rape against nine women and 21 other charges, including sexual assault and abduction.At the time of the murder, he was living in a block of flats in the Calderwood area of East Kilbride in South Lanarkshire.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
