Emmerdale fans seriously distracted as they spot BIG format change just minutes into episode

EMMERDALE fans were too caught up in a change to the show's style to notice the drama unfolding before them last night. The ITV soap used a series of flash-forwards to start every episode this week to help Emmerdale fans make sense of what is in store for some of their favourite characters.

In the gloomy start to the episodes, viewers have seen so far a misty graveyard with an open grave, the slamming of an iron police cell door and heard a gunshot ringing out into the woods.

Shockingly, viewers discovered it was Cain Dingle involved in a serious car accident as he lay unconscious and bloody over the steering wheel.

But in some disturbing scenes, Noah was found to be at the bottom of the open grave, begging an unseen person to let him go.
