More than 70 food parcels were delivered across the region in the first week of a new EatWell service by social landlord, Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership (DGHP).They were taken to families across the region who are struggling financially or who are self-isolating and have fed more than 150 people.DGHP is part of Wheatley Group who have been delivering emergency food parcels to vulnerable tenants around Scotland.A total of 1,600 parcels have been delivered across Dumfries and Galloway and Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Lothians, so far.Wheatley has plans to inject a further £350,000 into the service and to mobilise even more staff and vehicles to support the huge expansion of the emergency service.As well as food to last a family a
