DISNEY Plus is being dragged by fans for its “disturbing” attempt to cover up Daryl Hannah’s bare butt in the Tom Hanks classic Splash. In order to stick with the streaming platform’s “PG-13 or milder” policy, digital hair was added to cover up the 59-year-old actress’ rear - which has been described as looking like “yak fur.” The scene from the 1984 film shows Daryl’s character Madison - who has legs on land but turns into a mermaid in the water - nude as she kissed Tom, 63, while only being covered by her long hair.
