One of Paisley’s best-loved chippies is stepping up to help its loyal customers continue to enjoy their favourite fish suppers during the country’s coronavirus shut-down.Castelvecchi has served generations of hungry people from its takeaway and restaurant in the town’s New Street.And owner Alfredo Nutini has every intention that will continue during the crisis – by delivering to their homes.He said: “We want to be able to help people get thei favourite meals and snacks if they can’t get out of the house.“We will try to deliver everything from fish suppers to breakfasts, as well as drinks too.“People just have to phone up and we will take their order.“We just want to be able to help people.”The generous move comes as the country gets ready
