Briony Aston has filmed herself performing yoga with her newborn son Sonny two weeks after his birth. Coronation Street star Sam Aston and his wife welcomed their first child together earlier this month, six weeks before he was due.

But his yoga instructor mum is already getting him down on the mat, hoping he will eventually follow in her footsteps. Briony, 25, is seen dressed in a black vest top and burgundy yoga pants as she returned to her passion, this time with her new addition.
