Get the stories that matter to you sent straight to your inbox with our daily newsletter.A Coltness clubbercise group is itching to get back to classes after being forced to stop due to new Covid restrictions.The group is run by Claire Bradley, an acting principal teacher at St Bernadette’s Primary in Motherwell.Claire, 31, was inspired to start her own class after attending one herself and has been running hers for around two and a half years.Clubbercise is aerobics which is performed to dance music, which Claire describes as being like “a big school disco”.You burn around 500 calories per session and it is suitable for people of all fitness levels.Since being able to get back to the classes after lockdown, the group have enjoyed getting.
