Kari Skogland, who recently directed Marvel’s TV series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” is taking over filmmaking duties.Jenkins isn’t departing the project entirely.

Sources tell Deadline, Skogland has been set to Paramount’s Cleopatra pic starring Gal Gadot. Skogland steps in for Patty Jenkins, who was previously attached to direct and is pivoting to a producing role. Jenkins fell off as director so she could focus on her next two projects, Wonder Woman 3 and Rogue Squadron.
