Marinos striker has been tipped to follow the Greek-Australian boss to Scotland after impressing for him in the J-League. Onaiwu made his debut for Japan this week, and while he wouldn't be drawn on a move to the Premiership giants, he admits he owes a huge debt to their new manager.
The 25-year-old broke his silence on the speculation after he was handed his international debut for the game in Kobe.He said: "I always knew if I kept playing well and scoring goals for Yokohama, I would get a chance with my national team. "And I owe this to my manager Ange Postecoglou who has left the club this week.
