Calls have been made to reopen recycling centres in West Dunbartonshire as soon as possible, after a number of incidents of fly-tipping.The Lennox has been told that Vale of Leven Industrial Estate is one area where fly-tippers have been particularly prevalent, with one business owner contacting us to say that he noticed black bags of household waste being dumped within weeks of the lockdown being introduced, whilst the amount of DIY waste being disposed of is now starting to rise.A spate of similar incidents throughout the area have prompted Green MSP Ross Greer to call for recycling centres, such as Dalmoak, to be reopened as soon as it's safe.Greer said: “The Scottish Government has committed to issuing guidance to local councils, it
