BREAKING: Man seriously hurt after being hit by minibus

A man in his 20s was rushed to hospital after sustaining serious injuries during the incident, at about 4.20pm yesterday. Police said the driver of the minibus is assisting with enquiries.
Paramedics were scrambled to the scene and an air ambulance landed nearby. Officers said a nearby crash involving a car hitting a lamp post was unrelated to the serious collision. "Emergency services attended and a man in his 20s was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
