Bam Margera has filed a lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze and Paramount over his exclusion from Jackass Forever.

According to Variety, the 41-year-old reality star alleges that he was wrongfully terminated from the upcoming fourth installment of the film franchise. Click inside to read details about the lawsuit… Bam was fired from the Jackass movie last fall after violating the terms of a “wellness agreement” he signed with the film’s producers after allegedly testing positive for Adderall.

The suit claims that he was coerced into signing the agreement by Spike Jonze, director Jeffrey Tremaine and Johnny Knoxville during a visit to rehab in 2019.
