Alone Together is back for a second series, and the podcast is looking at life after lockdown. In the season premiere, Alone Together examines the changes to dating and relationships since the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to a new report from Relate and eHarmony, over a third of couples (36 per cent) say that two months in isolation feels equivalent to two years of commitment.

Dee Holmes, senior practice consultant at Relate, who has experience with couple counselling, discusses the findings of the ‘Relationships in Lockdown’ report, as well as offering tips for the new couples in 'turbo-relationships'.
