Improving active travel links and making Paisley Southeast more accessible should be priorities for Renfrewshire Council, insists Green by-election candidate Kyle Mitchell.Mr Mitchell has launched his campaign to become the first Green councillor in the region as he seeks to replace Paul Mack as a representative in Renfrewshire's ward six next month.The 24-year-old, who grew up in Largs but now lives in Paisley, joined the party five years ago but hadn't, until recently, ever considered running in any sort of election.But when the by-election was called he had a sudden change of heart and, if elected, he has vowed to fight for better transport links and active travel infrastructure for the area.Mr Mitchell said: "I was never really planning
