In an episode that aired in 2021 but was repeated earlier this week on Channel 4, married couple Laura and Matt enlisted Scarlette’s help to find their dream holiday home in Tuscany, Italy, with their budget set at £180,000.
At first, the couple were delighted by a three-bedroom farmhouse with an open plan living area and modern kitchen within their budget as it was priced at just under £170,000.
However, when the couple when to view a third property, a four-bedroom house priced at £187,500, they weren't impressed and even left the viewing midway.
