The 38-year-old, from Newport, South Wales, pleaded guilty to three Animal Welfare Act offences on November 18. Holland was given a 12-week jail term suspended for 12 months and must also pay £420 in costs and a £128 victim surcharge. She has also been banned from keeping animals for the rest of her life.
