dailyrecord.co.ukA brave woman fought off a hooded thug who followed her and tried to steal her handbag as she walked home in Paisley.The woman was walking home around 6.15pm on Thursday night when she spotted a man walking behind her on Bruce Road in Gallowhill.He had his face covered by a dark hood and continued to walk closely behind her as she walked passed Gallowhill Primary School and into Priory Avenue.The hooded brute then ran at the terrified woman and shouted at her to give him her handbag and attempted to snatch it from her.But she began to scream for help which scared him off and he fled the scene.The woman was not injured in the struggle, however, she was left badly shaken.Renfrewshire Live, the new free app dedicated to bringing you around the
