WME Restores Pay, Names 25 New Partners

After cutting pay company-wide in April, WME's parent firm Endeavor is planning on restoring salaries as of January 2021. The Beverly Hills-based talent agency is also unveiling a slew of new promotions, including 25 new partners.

The pay cuts had been implemented weeks after Hollywood went into a months-long production shutdown beginning in mid-March. Endeavor disclosed 83 permanent layoffs in Beverly Hills in April and 110 staff cuts in June, according to filings with California's Employment Development Department.

Other major talent firms — including CAA, UTA, ICM and Paradigm — underwent layoffs as the industry halted earlier this year.
