People are being advised against partaking in the tradition as going door to door counts as mixing households.However, you will only face a penalty if you set foot inside another person's home - when you could incur a £200 fine.People living in areas where there are no local lockdown restrictions will still be allowed to go trick or treating, but in groups of no more than than five, to keep within the 'rule of six'..
