From complete lockdown to the easing of measures and back into strict restrictions for some parts of the country, things have been far from normal for the last six months.Back on March 23 we were told to stay home to protect the NHS and to save lives.This meant staying in as much as possible and only going out to shop for basic necessities; partaking in one form of exercise a day; for a medical need or travelling to work if it is absolutely necessary.It is something we all got used to as the strict measures remained in place until June when things began to change.On June 1, schools and some shops were allowed to reopen as well as rules around meeting up with people from other households.
