Police in Scotland have the powers to arrest people flouting coronavirus lockdown rules by not following social distancing measures.More than 25 people in Scotland have been issued a fine since the new Coronavirus Act 2020 was introduced in a bid to stop people from spreading it in public places.Deputy Chief Constable Malcolm Graham told BBC Radio's Good Morning Scotland that police were called to a number of house parties and were forced to disperse groups of people outside over the weekend.Forces are being urged to be "consistent" in their approach, with officers told that any action should be in line with the legislation, should be proportionate and a last resort.Police are encouraged to use common sense and take a sensible approach to
