Vasilis Barkas admits he needs to time to get used to the level of Scottish football after his big money move. The Hoops splashed £4.5m on the Greek goalkeeper when he joined from AEK Athens in July but he hasn't had the best start to life in Scotland.

He's been compared to last season's No. 1 Fraser Forster while Andy Walker was latest to criticise his shot-stopping. It was a disappointing start to life at his new club after Neil Lennon's men crashed out of the Champions League against Ferencvaros.

And Barkas, who helped his country Greece pick up four points from six in their two Nations League games after a draw in Slovenia and a win in Kosovo, accepts Scottish football hasn't been easy for him to fit into yet in an interview in a Greek.
