Val Bisoglio was a character actor known for roles in movies including “Saturday Night Fever” and TV shows including “Quincy, M.E.”Bisoglio’s early movies include “No Way to Treat a Lady,” “The Hindenburg,” and an uncredited role in “Serpico.” On TV, he made early appearances on “Mayberry, R.F.D.,” “The Mary Tyler Moore Show,” and “All in the Family.” In 1973, he took a regular role in the short-lived sitcom “Roll Out,” and he went on to notable appearances on “Kojak,” “Police Woman,” and “Barney Miller.” A big break came for Bisoglio in 1976 as he was cast as restaurateur Danny Tovo on “Quincy, M.E.,” a regular role spanning the show’s entire eight-season run.
