The company posted a fourth-quarter loss from continuing operations of $39.1 million, compared with a year-ago profit of $93.9 million.

Hispanic media giant Univision Communications swung to a loss in the fourth quarter from a profit in the year ago period, as revenue inched up 4%.

Univision has launched PrendeTV, describing it as the “first and only streaming channels-based and VOD service created specifically for U.S. Hispanic audiences.”
