Ian Evatt believes the prospect of managers being changed regularly such has been seen recently at Sheffield Wednesday is something he could have experienced to his cost last season at Bolton but is grateful the Wanderers board backed him and stuck with his vision.
Evatt became Wanderers boss last summer after leaving Barrow, but experienced a difficult start to life at the University of Bolton Stadium.
After a summer with a big turnaround in the squad, Wanderers found themselves sitting 19th in the table towards the end of this January, but a strong mid-season transfer window and a remarkable run of form saw Bolton shoot up the League Two standings to clinch automatic promotion with a top three finish.
