The UK is facing an "uncertain'" winter with a possible "multi-strain flu" on the horizon, health officials have warned. They say it is due to the presence of both flu and Covid-19 as we enter the winter months.
UK Health Security Agency chief executive Dr Jenny Harries has said there is lower immunity to flu this year and has encouraged everyone who is eligible to ensure they take up the offer of both their coronavirus and flu jabs.
