Tyson Fury breaks silence on WBC decision to order Dillian Whyte title fight

Tyson Fury's boxing future became much clearer this week after his next opponent was confirmed. The World Boxing Council officially ordered The Gypsy King to face mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte, defending his world heavyweight championship belts.

The two camps will now go into the free negotiations period giving them 30 days to agree a deal or purse bids will be called.

It was widely expected that a bout between the two Brits would be ordered last month but complications delayed the announcement.

Whyte was forced to pull out of a bout against Otto Wallin on October 30th with a shoulder injury and was keen to forego a reschedule in hopes of fighting Fury.
