Twelve schools in West Lothian report Covid-19 outbreaks in the last week

Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.A further 12 West Lothian schools reported Covid-19 outbreaks in the past week.The news comes as the county moves into Level Four lockdown but crucially is a significant drop on the number of schools reported last week.The council say only a small number of pupils were affected and all parents have been informed with a letter from the Scottish Government.The high schools returning positive tests in the week ending November 20 were: Broxburn Academy, St Kentigern’s Academy in Blackburn and Whitburn Academy.The following primary schools: Boghall Primary School in Bathgate, Croftmalloch Primary in Whitburn, East Calder Primary School, Eastertoun.
