Sign up to the weekly West Lothian Courier newsletter for the latest West Lothian news and sport.Knightsridge Primary School are delighted to announce that they have been awarded Scottish Book Trust’s Gold Reading Accreditation.They are very proud of this achievement and are the first Primary School in West Lothian to be awarded this accolade and one of only two Primary Schools in Scotland.Knightsridge Primary School have been on their reading journey for many years now and have worked in partnership with the Scottish Book Trust, initially through the First Minister’s Reading Challenge, where they won an award for the Authority for promoting a reading culture.Last year they then went on to win the Education Scotland National Literacy Award.
