Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Everyone in the UK pays for a TV Licence, unless they are over 75 and receiving Pension Credit, so it’s a bill that criminals often target knowing there are millions of people paying for it.
There are various circumstances when someone may be contacted by TV Licensing, but unfortunately, an increasing number of these are not genuine and from fraudsters.
TV Licensing News recently issued a warning on this topic through its official social media channel on Twitter advising customers how to tell if an email is real or fake.
