Train passengers are being warned of 'major 'disruption' after Storm Jorge caused a landslide on the West Coast mainline. The southbound line at Dutton Viaduct near Warrington has been closed while Network Rail carries out emergency repairs.

Network Rail bosses have warned the line is expected to be shut for several days, causing disruption along the West Coast main line, as engineers work 'round the clock' to repair the damage.
