THE MASKED Dancer star David Seaman has revealed that Tony Adams is "well out of his comfort zone" on Strictly - but urged fans to not write him off just yet.

The legendary England star, 55, is partnered up with Katya Jones this series, but found himself at the bottom of the leaderboard after the first two performances.

Despite the low scores, former teammate David, 59, has thrown his support behind his pal and is convinced his dancing journey is not over yet.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, David said Tony could be the contests's dark horse - because he's always improving. He said: "Tony is doing very well, I know Tony and he's well out of his comfort zone. "Even after the first performance I text him and said I bet that's the worst you've ever felt for nerves in your life, and he said exactly. "I felt exactly the same when I did Dancing on Ice - it's the most nerve-wracking thing I've ever done.
