Simon Cowell
Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English television personality, businessman and record executive. He has judged on the British television talent competition series Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor (2004–2010, 2014–present) and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), and the American television talent competition series American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell is the principal, founder and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco.

One of the contestants, Jess, immediately caught the attention of viewers at home thanks to her glam appearance. With her long dark hair styled in loose waves around her shoulders, Jess wore a red blazer over a black top.
Jess won people over with her smile too, however, it didn't last long as unfortunately she was the first person to leave the show.
Taking to Twitter, one Tipping Point viewer wrote: "Think i would like to have seen more of jess, stunning!! #tippingpoint." Another added: "Jess was fiiiiit #tippingpoint".
