HOLLY Willoughby has revealed her hair felt out and she was left with "tufts" along her hairline after she gave birth to her kids.
The presenter told This Morning viewers today that she struggled with hair loss as a result of her three pregnancies. During a discussion on how to look after your hair on the ITV show earlier, Holly, 40, said: "After pregnancy, that whole front bit of my hair just fell out, these bits here." A surprised Josie Gibson - who stood in for Phillip Schofield today - remarked: "Did you end up with little tufts of hair?" Pointing to her hairline, Holly replied: "Yeah here, and then it all grew back." Hair expert Lisa Caddy confirmed the phenomena, telling them: "That's really common, hair loss from hormonal changes, from nutritional deficiencies, thyroid dysfunction there are so many causes." Lisa added if you're worried about your hair make sure not to skip any meals, including protein, as hair is made up of protein.
Holly was back at work presenting The Xtra Factor just five weeks after her first child Harry with her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin in 2009.
She took a little longer when Belle, now 10, came along a couple of years later, returning to the This Morning sofa after five months.
