Those living on Cherrywood Close in Walkden say they have suffered serious floods around five times over the last few years.

Dramatic photos taken on Thursday showed the street submerged in murky water following a torrential downpour. Flash flooding hit Greater Manchester between 3pm and 4pm, causing around 10mm of rain to fall within an hour.
