Tests needed after man, 20, dies of suspected drugs overdose at Daisy Nook lockdown rave

two lockdown raves at the weekend.There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of the 20-year-old man, say Greater Manchester Police.A file on the case has been sent to Manchester South Coroners' Court in Stockport.

Police said the man died of a suspected drugs overdose at an event attended by 4,000 people at Daisy Nook on Saturday. A spokeswoman for the Coroner's Office said: "At this time I can confirm we have received notification and the Coroner is undertaking initial enquiries." No date has yet been fixed for an opening of the inquest as tests are being carried out to establish whether or not the cause of death was due to natural causes.
