Shoppers who frequently visit Tesco or Sainsbury's have been issued a warning about how they pay for their shopping. People are being advised to get themselves a Clubcard or Nectar card - or risk paying up to 50% more for their groceries.

Tesco Clubcard Prices enable its loyalty card members to get 50% off select products for a limited time. Or if you’re a Sainsbury’s customer, you could be missing out up to 30% off the same items as someone who has a Nectar card.
