Eating just one teaspoon of a certain food per day is set to decrease the chances of you suffering from dementia in the future, reports The Express.Experts have said that taking steps to reduce dementia risk could slow the onset of a person's brain decline.
The biggest, and unfortunately inevitable, risk factor for dementia is getting older, but tens of thousands of lives could be saved if the decline is slowed.
