Stephanie Davis has announced she is "totally heartbroken" after suffering a devastating miscarriage.Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the Hollyoaks star, 29, bravely shared the heartbreaking news and credited boyfriend Joe Mckalroy for being her "rock".

Posting a collection of photos throughout her pregnancy journey, Stephanie, who is already mum to Caben-Albi, five, with ex Jeremy McConnell, wrote: "MISCARRIAGE.

I am not pregnant before people don’t read the caption and start congratulating me." The actress continued: "Hi everyone. So I didn’t want to post about this until I was ready, I don’t think I ever will be or anyones is who goes through this but here goes. "So as my beautiful followers a lot of you had asked if I was pregnant a while back when I wasn’t on the rides at Southport and you also noticed a lot of things, well you were right, we were having a baby!
