A drug dealer who grinned at police in his mugshot has been ordered to pay back less than £400 of a £250,000 drug plot. James Bailey, 22, was part of a gang that peddled drugs from homes where children lived.
Gang members exploited their victims with a method known as 'cuckooing' where properties were taken over to sell drugs. READ MORE: The gang Bailey was part of sold heroin and crack cocaine to addicts across Cumbria, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Bailey of Digmoor, Skelmersdale, who is believed to have raked in £258,778,64, was jailed for nine years and nine months. The County Lines gang - run from Liverpool by Roy Hickman -saw them exploit a number of vulnerable families.
