A drug dealer who grinned at police in his mugshot has been ordered to pay back less than £400 of a £250,000 drug plot. James Bailey, 22, was part of a gang that peddled drugs from homes where children lived.

Bailey of Digmoor, Skelmersdale, who is believed to have raked in £258,778,64, was jailed for nine years and nine months. The County Lines gang - run from Liverpool by Roy Hickman -saw them exploit a number of vulnerable families.
