Sevilla president Jose Castro has confirmed that the Spanish club will not be looking to sign Manchester United striker Anthony Martial on a permanent basis this summer.
The Frenchman joined the La Liga outfit on loan in January for the rest of the season, aiming to earn regular first-team minutes after falling out of favour at Old Trafford.
However, injuries heavily impacted his hopes of getting his career back on track, restricting him to just 12 appearances. During that time Martial — who is under contract at United until the summer of 2024 — scored just one goal and grabbed one assist.
His goal came in Sevilla's 3-1 Europa League win over Dinamo Zagreb back in February.
