Seth Rogen Looks Back at Crying on His Worst Date Ever - Watch!

On Monday night (February 14), the 39-year-old actor and comedian appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where he talked about his single days, admitting he was a “bad dater.” Click inside to read more… “I was terrible, I was a bad dater,” Seth recalled. “I had terrible experiences dating women and I think the women who dated me also did not have the best experiences.” Seth went on to recall one date, when he was “20 maybe” and he went out for to dinner for his birthday with a woman he had casually been seeing.
Shortly after getting to the restaurant, Seth asked his date if they wanted to take the next step in their relationship and go official as a couple. “I asked her around when the appetizers were arriving and she said no.
And then I started crying. I was like, ‘We need to eat. We can’t leave.’ She was like, ‘It’s your birthday,’” Seth said with a laugh. “I had to sit there and this poor woman had to sit there with me as I wept into my truffle mac and cheese,” he added. Seth then revealed some wisdom he learned from that experience: “You don’t ask until the end of the meal, that was my big [takeaway].” Eventually Seth got out of his “terrible” dater phase, meeting wife Lauren Miller in 2004 before getting married in 2011.
