Serial offender jailed after having pair of scissors in his pocket on Hamilton street

A serial offender who couldn't explain why he was carrying a pair of scissors has been jailed for 16 months.Christopher Hogg was arrested after police officers found him slumped in a common close.

They discovered the scissors in his jacket pocket, Hamilton Sheriff Court heard this week. The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
