Scots supermarkets recall products over E. coli and allergy fears

Supermarkets have urgently recalled a number of food products from shelves over health fears. Tesco, Asda, Iceland, Lidl, Sainsbury's and Waitrose have told shoppers not to eat certain items including Coca-Cola, sweetcorn, samosas, ice lollies and sliced meat, Cheshire Live reports.

Some products may be contaminated with E. coli, contain traces of metal or they may contain milk without warning. They are on a the latest products on a list updated by the latest updated list from the  Food Standards Agency (FSA).Customers who have bought the products are being urged to return them to receive a full refund.The following items have been recalled and are still active on the FSA's website:Green Giant Original SweetcornOriginal Sweetcorn tins
