dailyrecord.co.ukpetrol station attack that left a man lying in a pool of blood as part of a family feud. Jason Back, 49, and his sons Wayne Back, 29, and Daniel Back, 19, struck Daniel Penrose more than 100 times.
The attack was provoked by long standing issues between the families, Cornwall Live reports. Daniel was "viciously attacked" by the family on July 15, 2019 at their local Morrisons petrol station in Pool.The Blacks had been on trial at Truro Crown Court charged with attempted murder and with the lesser alternative counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and inflicting grievous bodily harm.All three were cleared of attempted murder by the jury.Wayne Back had already admitted causing grievous bodily with intent, and the jury returned.
