Sarah Harding has opened up about her ADHD diagnosis and admitted she didn't start taking medication for it until she was in Girls Aloud when she started to struggle with the pressures of fame.

Sarah opens up about being diagnosed with the condition in her new book, Hear Me Out. Revealing she was diagnosed when she was “tiny”, the singer also admits she ended up attending seven different schools when she was younger.
