evoke.ieGirls Aloud star Nadine Coyle tackled the Great Stand Up To Cancer Bake Off challenge and got emotional when asked how cancer had touched her life.
As we now know, her bandmate Sarah Harding was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 with the 39-year-old revealing in March of this year that her prognosis is now terminal.
While Nadine didn’t mention Sarah by name, she spoke of how a close friend was undergoing treatment for the disease while in the Bake Off tent.
She visibly choked up when she began talking about it and Matt brought it home about why they were all there by adding, ‘It’s good to raise money and awareness.’ Nadine Coyle talking about Sarah Harding on #GBBO
