A hotel can go up for just £50 - but there is only one colour scheme. The borough's railway stations - like Eccles, Salford Crescent, Salford Central, and Swinton - which is actually in Pendlebury - may be on the market for £100 each.

Municipal parks like Buile Hill, with its decaying Georgian mansion; Peel Park painted by L S Lowry; Ordsall Park in the shadow of what was once the docks; and even little Parr Fold Park in Walkden could be on offer for between £150 and £250.
